In clean environments, inspect or replace air filter at least every 2000 hours or 6 months; in dusty environments, significantly reduce this interval; the most reliable method is to trust the equipment’s differential pressure alarm signal.
Provide the vehicle/equipment model, the old filter model, or take a photo of the old air filter and send it to customer service for quick matching.
If there is a non-human-caused quality problem (such as filter material falling off) within 1 month of receipt, provide the order information and proof of the problem, and a free replacement will be sent.
